Seems like hes been ignoring my emails (that he requested) regarding a problem with some contact information.

I'd just like to make sure that my MC contact emails are changed so I don't miss any important MC updates or information.

Maybe you can pass this along to him & ask him to confirm the changes that I requested a few days ago.

He seemed so enthusiastic about this situation when I first brought it to his attention....

Back in the day when i bought off matrix they sent the license by email and had all the domain license info online for you to edit on the fly.
Therefor they need to make sure you are who you say you are and not some Mr John DOE.

I assume they still run like that.

We to double check every submission for that exact reason.

I'm not ignoring you! We got attacked by a spammer using our email addresses as the sender. With all the undeliverable, it crashed our email server and we lost a lot of mail. So send me it again! We fixed the problem!
