Email Software - Suggestions?

Would anyone be able to point me in the direction of a mailing script that will do the following please...

1) Either import (.csv format) or allow me to manually add email addresses from clients in addition to having a collection box on my site.

2) Schedule email sending (say write up 3 or 4 ads and have them emailed on a set date to a set amount of emails OR send ad1 to the first 200 emails, ad2 to the next 200, etc).

3) Email tracking, if a client opts to use one of the discount offers in the email we send them, have a way to track that option (maybe a custom pin/discount code attached to the email links?).

Interspire I used it every time hit me up if you need some help ICQ below. It's the same thing with Ynot I guess they are using Interspire.

With interspire can I assign an email addy to multiple groups? So eg [email protected] goes in amateur, swingers, mature, etc? And bulk import and do the same thing, assign that import to multiple groups?
