It?s been a long time since I?ve messed with any webcam stuff. Last I messed with was the type where an image was uploaded to the server every few seconds so I?m way out of touch.

What I?m looking to do is incorporate webcam into a single model site. I?d like to have group chat and also private chat. Maybe private chat as pay-per-minute. Are there any scripts out there that will do this? And what type of server software would I need? I?ve seen a few that use Flash Media Server. Are there any that can do the same without FMS?

I know about livejasmin and MFC. I was looking for something just to use in a model member site though. The models would prefer not to be out on other sites and keep it all in house.

That's not a bad idea to let each model get her own customers but I think would be also good to let all girls work from the same website.

how do you plan to girls? would they earn money directly to their ccbill/zombaio/etc merchant account or you would collect money at one common merchant and then pay girls based on their earnings?

Thanks for the replies. I?ll pass all the info along. I don?t actually run the sites, just shoot some content for them. I told them I?d check around and see what was available.

Marks plan seems to be about right for what they?re looking for. Although they are small sites and not sure if those cost are inline with their budget. I?m figuring most chats are going to be free. Just another thing to bring more members in. Occasionally private chats for those few members who what them, and those would be the ones they would charge extra for. And they are already setup with billing.
