Amerinoc...Error Establishing Database Connection

Anyone else have any issues with there Amerinoc accounts? I tried to find live support. It seems there is none. I submitted a ticket but I'd like to do what I can to get it resolved. I tried called but no answer what so ever. Any thoughts on how I can get this fixed?

Wow, I went into a panic mode and then they responded within 5-10mins and it's a saturday morning. Amerinoc did something and got it fixed quick.

It's up and running good now tho. I don't know anything about hosting. So I'm kinda in the dark on this but at least I am back in action running!

I thought Amerinoc was big enough to have live support?

That's one thing you can't beat about Hostgator, they have a team of live support techs there 24/7, they'll even do you coding for you if you ask

We host with Amerinoc and never had the mentioned sql issues.

(Perhaps it does not affected dedicated, only shared. I don't know - just my experience. )

Yep it's probably just the shared. They said they've found and fixed the problem.
I cant knock support they're always fast, and it's only a little $10 account with a couple of blogs on there, so not expecting the world.
