Looking for a wordpress designer/developer

I currently have a WP designed site and i'm having a couple weird issues with it that I can't figure out and go beyond my knowledge base of WP. I need to find a designer/developer that knows WP and can help me resolve the issues i'm having and also add some new functions to my current site.
