Right now I'll publish as many as I get in, no limits. I just threw that up as a precaution in case I become overwhelmed with submissions or other projects. If I do become overwhelmed, I'll make sure to publish at least 5 galleries per user each day. Submit as many as you want though, they will remain in queue until published.
