Amerinoc Database Problems?

Has anyone else hosting with Amerinoc been experiencing problems with databases crashing?

I opened a small shared hosting acct there to run a few small pages on and in less then 3 weeks I have suffered multiple database issues and crashes on the server that have killed the sites. I have placed a support ticket with them but after a hour, they have yet to even view it.

Makes me appreciate the service and reliability of Nat Net where my main servers are at even more.

Is your database design horseshit on this "smalled shared hosting acct" which could be the actual cause?
Was your ticket marked as high priority? tried calling them?
Was this a gfy promo thread for nat net?
Was it one full hour or 1 hour and 3 minutes?

They definitely have database issues with shared and vps accounts. They fix the issues super fast, but the issues are frequent.

This is more to find out if the shared servers there have problems quite often.

To answer your questions...
I have been able to repair the databases myself with each crash. My ticket to them is to have them investigate why this keeps happening. There are 3 databases running, 2 for wordpress 1 for a something else. All of the issues were with the wordpress databases.

No, the ticket wasn't marked high priority. Thanks for that thought, I have changed this. It was a little over a hr, maybe a hr and 10 minutes. Close enough.

This gives me reason to worry. I'm thinking it most likely has something to do with the way wordpress is being installed and set up through softalicious(sp) or whatever the auto program installation is. as those were the only databases that have had issues.
