Wordpress backups

Let's say I have 200 wordpress blogs spread over 15 different hostings. What would be the best way to backup them regularly (files+DBs)? I do it manually once a month or so but it's a pain in the ass. Thanks

Check out xMarkPro (see sig). Have them backed up to your local server (files + DB), and if wanted, also backed up to say an Amazon S3 account.
