I'm just curious, Is it ok to ask about a program on this forum? Like if I have no idea weather they pay out or update often etc etc.

Is it ok to post a topic of Hey what do you know about xxxxyz program

or is that considered rude?

You can always do a forum search for a program your interested in, that will usually give you a hint on whether they pay or if the program managers are douche bags. Just whatever you do, DO NOT promote MediaRevenue sites.
