If i were to put a form on my site where girls can go and upload pics of themself ... how can i cover my ass?

Also, what if its like a "rate my date" kind of site and doesnt have nudity .... i imagine i still need protection right?

It's iffy at best. There's been a few threads about this.
I was considering doing the same thing.

Problem is, you can't confirm the age of the girls. And you can't confirm that the copyright owner gave permission to have the pics uploaded.

makes sense, though there must be a way.

Looking for people to submit there own photo ... but as you said, i have no way of verifying age and/or if the person in photo is actually doing the submitting.

BTW if its not adult oriented, is age still a factor?

RateMyBody.com seems to doing pretty good.. so does HotorNot and BodyCritic.. *shrug*.. No legal problems yet.
