get helix universal server from real networks. streams real, quicktime, mpeg4 and windows media all from one box.

it's not terribly overpriced. i think our license thus far has cost us around $12k including hardware.

what kind of reliability are you getting with helix universal. I like the idea of streaming windows media from a freebsd box.

And have you looked at real media recently? The quality is very good these days, not like the old days.
