Any processors support random/dynamic billing amounts?

I got something on the go where the amount I bill is never a set amount. What that means is that the amount I want to hit the credit cards for could be $99 or $199 depending on services rendered.

I need a processor which would let me define the amount I am billing. Does anyone know of someone who does just that?

Most you have to set up price points for a membership. You can't pass a dollar amount that you want to hit the credit card for via a backend API/Gateway.
