The ass of the girl is not shaking, just blink of the medallion but it has nothing to do with clicking.... It would be great if she was spreading cheeks or something, so we can observe whats in between...

If we put the joke aside the flash was not made for the size of whole page. When resized it looks crispy and low rez.

I guess the idea was to "incorporate" the logo "find &try" with the header of gfy and threw their in-house designer some logos and pictures to "make it look good".
I say - in it's real size the flash would look good - now it looks smashed - the guy who made it did not made it with right dimensions - width and height. Other than that there's always something to be improved: different color scheme, different placement of the elemtns and less rounded forms....
