Live chat solution for websites

I'm looking for some type of hosted live chat solution, but where THEY provide the operator. I knew of one a while ago but can't find it for the life of me. Basically, after about 10 seconds a "live agent" box appears and someone asks if you would like to know more about this product or service. Then the person on the site starts to type. The "agent" is actually outsourced and asks for the persons name/email/phone and will have a sales consultant call or email them.

Then the lead is sent via email or pushed to a CRM with the persons contact info.

I know I'm not crazy, but I've seen this before. Looking for something where the actual website owner/customer does NOT have to sit in front of a computer and chat.

This one is more for an exit chat, as people are leaving. I am sure it could work on entrance after some time period as well too.

Thats close, but this was actually a real person and it would popup on the page within a few seconds. Thanks for the help, but I think this would interfere with Google AdWords TOS
