I'm looking for this. I know their hosted version has it but what about the source version? It's annoying and stupid to have to do it by hand.
OpenX Source plugin to auto adjust banner weights based on ctr?

Why stop there? Ask for a system that displays ads based on thematic clicking pattern. Everything your user does on your site builds a "sales profile" of what is important to that reader. So why not build a dynamic system that shows ads based on their THEMED behavior instead of a static system of using mere CTR?
Just an idea. -
It would be great if it gave free blowjobs too but I'll settle for ctr maximization for now. ;) I read that they have some sort of ecpm maximization but it doesn't appear to integrate with the affiliate model. It's more for selling ad space from what I see.Why stop there? Ask for a system that displays ads based on thematic clicking pattern. Have you checked out > www.criteo.com they serves targeted ads based on the browsers profile although i'm not sure if they work with adult businesses. Why stop there? Thanks V_RocKs! It looks like it should do the trick and for $30 it is quite reasonable. I figured it could be done fairly easy by a plugin. All you'd need do is something like take the monthly or weekly ctr% and multiply it by 100, round up to the nearest whole number and use that. Unless you triggered some overflow.
