It would most absolutely work. Generally speaking, 3rd party confirmation pages can send the user back to the login or to the program's 'thank you' page. This is what's called as the Approval URL. On this page, the stored affiliate google tracking code could then be fired off.

There are not many Nats programs that use third party billers that have their users end up back on a nats approval page. I know it is possible with some, but most just use the third party confirmation page where it shows the user/pass, subscription id and a link to the members area.

Im not sure why you would say 'not many' do this, but as part of the NATS biller setup instructions you need to pass the Approval URL to the biller (its something the join submit does automatically). The link to the members area is not default (or something NATS programs can overlook) since NATS does not inherently know what this members area is for each site.

Either case, my point was that its possible for any program to do this and 3rd party billing is definitely not a limitation.
