Wordpress video editing plugin?

I'm looking for a simple video editing plugin. Let's say I have 10 minutes of video. I want to edit the video and only show the first 3 minutes. Is there such a plugin that I can do it from within the wordpress admin? I would like to chop the video file so it only shows 3 minutes or whatever length.

not using wp, you could use ffmpeg to cut and split, etc.

Would it have to be done at the command line or is there some sort of gui that I can use? I hate to sound stupid, but I'm not much of a tech person.

we can simply modify Flamine for that purpose at no extra charge
