        I emailed Reflected 3 days ago (Sat, Apr 7, 2012) for a quote, still no reply, not off to a good start really...

        Been with them for 5 years now and can truly say their service is awesome. As well as their servers ofcourse.

                A year ago I thought I would test Webair out so I signed up for a virtual account. Took them almost a week to setup the account and when they did I was assigned IP's that were blacklisted. Their support totally sucks and I would avoid them like the plague.
