Well I checked out one blog site and noticed I could log in using google log in info. If you choose that you get a warning that disqus wants some information from your account, but it doesnt say WHAT information. So that's why I asked what exactly is the additional information that disqus requests and receives from google if I log in to comment using a google log in account.
Are you saying it gets search queries I've entered while logged in? So it can target me with ads better, or what? That'd make sense.
Seems like it'd be easy to search and get the answer to this, but a couple of quick searches didn't tell me the answer.
