Well she primarily goes to Japanese websites and knows zero about computers besides the internet. Last night she said she went to a Japanese blog (blogs are huge in Japan, popular people all have blogs about their lives and people follow them daily) and noticed the problem starting.
Then when she turned the computer on in the morning the virus went nuts.
At the moment scanning the computer with Malwarebytes in safe mode, will update if "WarChild's" instructional link works.Comment

These seem to be the best links for removal...

Once you get the malware removed in some cases like mine I also had to run unhide.exe, since this virus also hidden all my folders and desktop icons.
Hopefully things are back to normal again, and will make a new copy to restore for future problems.Comment

I can help you about that, but one warning for AVIRA users, i got this problem on two PCs of my friends, after uninstaling their previous AV's and installing AVIRA after it, i got problem called SERIAL NUMBER VERIFICATION WELCOME SCREEN after computer restart, where you can't go in, entering serial number does not work, it's very very hard to fix it... So maybe someone will find this helpful...Comment
