2257 software ?

What do you think about a software built open source
that would work for people that have to keep 2257 info


somthing that would allow a content provider to scan in
the info IE.. pics and model release into there system
enter some information into the program like the models
name stage names and what there using the content on

so that they can make a database for themselves that can be searchable I remember hearing at one of the shows it should be searchable

and they could burn a new copy of it whenever say once a month or so that way if they get served they can just hand the feds a disk with all info needed


this would be a great project also would be very helpfull to the adult community

any programmers interested ? also any content providers interested in testing somthing like this out ?

I've got this built into my content store already, been there for a couple years.. (The admin functions of course)... It's a good idea to have.

I'll start it... I already wrote it a year ago, and the jackass never paid me for it, so its just sitting on my hard drive... hit me up with features you guys would like and such and I'll dig it up

anyone that knows the adult online lawyers pass them on to this thread we can see if we can get some legal input on what needs to be in it and what extras can be added to ensure covering a content providers ass

wait your telling me if I sell content that I have to give you my models ID as well? fuck that.... good way to get killed.... only people I would show my info to is attorney genral... no one else....

This is a project that the IMPA is working on as well. I will have a programmer in touch with you shortly.

no this should be a software that you can download and use yourself so each content provider will have his own copy for his own database

the personal information you put in your copy should not be public to anyone but you

I was planning on doing this a month or two ago when I was asking for attorney references. I spoke with a few of the (higher profile) attorneys and none of them were interesested _at all_ in any sort of work that would be shared or benefit a group of webmasters. Too bad

Of course being attorneys they all talked about the liability of such a project & how every client has different needs yadda yadda....

I would think that irregardless of everything else, most clients would be using basically the same generic 2257 statement.

I would be interested for http://www.spankyscontent.com I have a lot of this stuff in folders from when I bought the company 3 or 4 years ago. The newer stuff I scanned and put on a CD rom - but it would be convenient to have it all in one searchable database.
