    Wordpress + Magento

The Magento CMS doesn't offer enough... Not very familiar with Word Press (I know) but it seems like this combination would be great for a store front that is heavily powered by "social" activity.

Anyone here ever use this combo? Pros? Cons?

The top nav is a loop and has its own phtml page. You can make a wp blog and link the pages before or after the function in the toplinks page. I don't have any of the magento store files on me so i cant tell you the exact location but I can tomorrow. There may also be a way to do this via a category but I am not positive on how to do it.

      Best of luck

      Edit: Try here, app/design/frontend/default/themeName/template/catalog/navigation/top.phtml

If you duplicated one of the themes and you don't see it you may need to open up the default theme and drag it to the appropriate spot in your custom theme. Sometimes themes don't have certain pages so it defaults to the bas e theme.

Another option would be something like this.
        http://www.magentocommerce.com/magen...yg-editor.html

        http://www.magentocommerce.com/magen...tegration.html

I havent used these so check the reviews

ive implemented wordpress integration with magento, when someone buys a product on magento it creates a user account on your wp site, incase you want to give them members access to more content.
