Looking for an file upload script

I'm looking for a script that will let others upload files to my server for storage (in other words, they can upload video to the server via a web interface, and I can then download them via ftp when I'm ready to use them. Models would be using it, so it needs to be a simple user interface. No one would have to be able to download or view the files via web, once they're uploaded.
Anyone have any suggestions?
