Same thing in Chrome. Doesn't always happen, but a lot.

The main screen loads, but the quickstats don't unless I refresh.

Classic layout(not Beta), Chrome 18.

always been like that in chrome and FF, they will recommend you use IE as its developed for that. I asked them some time back - I just hate using IE!

i have the same issue with ccbills 1990s interface. need to click 'lookup' 100 times before any data will load.

What's happening here? How is your software able to pull up stats any faster than Cave's own interface? 3-2-1... and then it doesn't work

The problem is consistent through the whole CCBill admin. I have been pulling my hair out tonight just trying to do some basic tasks like adding and removing pricing options and also form admin. I'd have to click on 'show pricing options' in the sub account admin half a dozen times or more to get the corresponding screen to load. Same with trying to display all forms. I click and click and get a blank page of nothing!
I have to say that I'm considering drastic action to remove CCBill as our primary biller because the admin is so frustrating.
Even when things do load its all terribly slow.
Not a patch on Verotels admin cp!

I'm using the beta version with Firefox 10.0.2 with no issues but as I recall the classic version of the new affiliate interface had some problems with an older version of Firefox.

No point in me posting screenshots, exactly the same as the one above, report field is blank and happens on random reports, it will load if i keep trying to regenerate the report eventually, sometimes 1st time sometimes 20th - windows 7 ultimate / chrome 11.0.696.3

CCBill emailed me as a result of seeing my post on this thread so its nice to see that they are trying to be proactive in helping their clients.
However, I don't see how asking what version of Chrome I'm using and requesting I try other browsers is going to help them fix it.
