I've been really trying all I can to scale things up and reinvest everything I make. However, biggest problem is finding some people that you can actually count on to get the job done right. I have good writers and I write myself as well but I am lacking the man power to get things done. I can't find someone to help build out blogs and make really quality posts from my content. It's been really hard to make things happen and find someone trustworthy that knows what they are doing. Any suggestions?

Scaling Problem getting bigger!!!

I made 10 new blogs Today. I just buy the posts and do everything else my self. 5 posts on each to start. Not sure how big your network is but managing ~500 your self can be done without bigger hick-up's if you buy most of the posts.

Likely you won't have found a good one.
So, source another 10. Rinse and repeat until you find a good writer. Give them the work.
Rinse and repeat.
Remember you need to pay good money to get a good writer. Assuming you want English as a first language.Comment

What do you actually have to pay for a decent writer full-time? I usually pay $1-2 per 100 words I want written right now. Paying a full-time writer say $1k a month he would have to do around fifty 100 word posts daily(mon-fri) to beat $1 per 100 words.Source 10 writers. Give them all a week trial.

The problem isn't the writing. I have good writers. It's the building and posting that is the tough part. Time is limited.

Jesus, that's what I need to do...I'm making 1 decent blog a day and I'm making money from them but I really need to kick it in to high gear and be making 5 or so blogs a day. I just get worn out from writing post after post so I'm going to try taking people's suggestions here and outsourcing.Comment

I'm looking for work. I can learn quickly if you can explain what you want done. I can give you 40 hours a week, 9 to 5 EST. I'll be online tomorrow morning at 9am EST. ICQ and email in sig. Hit me up tomorrow if you are interested in discussing your game plan in some more detail.
Honestly I'd prefer to be doing some affiliate support type of work, but times are tough and I need some immediate income.43-922-863 Shut up and play your guitar.

That's pretty much what I was thinking. You can evaluate their work pretty easily, unlike hiring people who have skills you don't. That's pretty much how I found my one-in-a-million wife; go on a lunch date, go on another lunch date, go on another lunch date...Source 10 writers. Give them all a week trial.
