I have NATS setup now and did my first walk through. The call was about 2 hours and that was over whelming. I would like to see if someone out there is experienced in NATS that can spend about 30-60 min with me on the phone going over some basic stuff.

Our walkthrus can be overwhelming at times if you're brand new to NATS.

Please keep in mind that they are custom for you and not scripted. If you need us to slow them down, go over something in more detail, explain things in a less technical way, etc. we're more than happy to.

If you'd like a repeat of part 1, just let us know and we'll gladly do it again for you.

just because NJ may have a lot of Indians, doesnt mean you deal with Indians at TMM.

I can attest that everyone is on location. I can also attest that they are smarter than we are. So therefor it can be overwhelming especially if you are new to cascading software outside of using CCBILL type admins where everything is very linear.

I can also attest to the fact that NATS will sort everything out for you and change their way of doing things if you can show them a better way.

I think I retained about 5% of what we went over in my walkthrough, If I did it again I would likely retain a lot more, it has been 3 years.

I wonder what TMM would charge for a second walkthrough?

We do normally have a fee so it's not abused. I'm not sure off hand what it is. If you've been a customer for 3 years tho and would like a refresher I'd be glad to wave the fee.

Why not record the phone call? Not so as you can give to anyone else,

Actually TMM will make a record from every phonecall,
to be downloaded from your TMM Account for future references.
