One thing to know about ISPrime and their support is that they are much more serious about security and generally doing things "right" than most any other host. On the one hand, that's good - your stuff is more secure. On the other hand, it can be inconvenient and frustrating to be told "no" when you want to do something and they tell you no, or they tell you it needs to be done in a more complex way (that is also more secure).
I respect them for knowing the right way to do things and insisting that things be secure even while I curse them for not letting me do it the easy way.
On the other hand, rather than simply saying "no" and leaving it at that, they have always taken the time to work with us and find a way to do what needs to be done. In a couple cases they spent a fair amount of time with us, discussing back and forth. Some hosts might have just said "no, go away" eventually, but they stayed engaged until the job was done. So overall I'd say it's good.

I moved to ISPrime in December and overall I would say that ISPrime support is very good.
For most things I can submit a ticket and its been started and / or completed within 5 minutes.
The techs there seem pretty knowledgeable and I feel in safe hands.
However they do have a downside, and this is pretty much what Ray said.
They are very hot on keeping the server secure which has caused a couple of headaches with permissions on software / scripts I've needed to run.
But they have always found a way to achieve what I want while keeping my server secure*
*Touch wood!
One of their security specialists actually screened my files when I first moved and brought to my attention several exploits which had found their way onto my previous server and been undetected until then!
Add to that Dmitry has always been good helping with recent upgrades, etc..I'd say I'm pretty happy at ISPrime

There are probably better, because there are always better options, but they are the best i know, the tickets take literally 5 minutes depending on the complexity.
And they are always screening your server, if there is a file causing a problem they fix it while you sleep or think about ways to bring traffic to your business instead of worrying abou that.
