My name is Richard, and I changed the "i" in Richard to "o" and came up with "Rochard", pronounced ROCKhard. It's because I'm "always hard at work", meaning I have a stiffy or I'm a hard worker - but usually both.

Although pronunciation wise it does read as ro-shard.
