i just Talked to my manager and she told me that, I Need some paid members in order to get paid.....

I Tried Clicksor.com but it does not offer paid members.
All what i get is massive traffic and no paying members !!!

Could anyone help me and tell me which sites i can invest some cash to get some paid members from High paying countries like USA, CANADA, UK

The only time I bought traffic was to play a joke on a friend. I bought a million hits and sent them all to his pay site just so I could see the look on his face when he saw his stats LOL he jumped out of the chair when we came home from a long weekend with the girls and saw over 800K hits to his site. He checks and not one fucking sale from all that great traffic. The site was a week old so it was worth it having him think he had the whole world sending traffic to him, you know what the point is??? I don't
