Does anyone keep an updated database of sponsors with changes to their programs over the course of the program's lifetime? Something that could warn an affiliate if the program stole from affiliates, shaves, changed the terms to take away domains with the program name, bangs cards, and all the other awesome shit I see here all the time.

I agree, and I have been documenting the programs that have done the things I've mentioned so I never sign up for their programs or I stop promoting them. I also do a search on the program name here to read and see if they are mentioned before I sign up.

I was just wondering if someone has a site solely dedicated to keeping records like this?

That's a good idea, to also check blacklists, thank you. I'm sure it would be an incredibly time consuming project with little financial reward, which is why my google searches probably turned up empty.
