WTF - Paypal Problem

I have a problem with PayPAL! I'm sure many webmasters had problems too..
You know Paypal doesnt allow people from other Countries except for USA!
I had to use Paypal but i dont live in USA so i created a account with My Real name and Fake USA address..
Everything was OK! I received my money ..
Today I want to send my money to someone.. but i shocked i have to enter my Credit Card info for sending money. Ok i wrote my own card but paypal didnt accept it because my credit card's bank must be in USA!
I tried to change my name , i cant do it beacause it is impossible..
So i cant write credit card with my name
how can i get my money? and idea?

I live in Holland, and I have a Paypal account with my legit info.
Here's a thought: Maybe they terminated your account for supplying fraudulent info?

No, you just have to add a CC before you can send money or do anything with your cash. Should have read the rules before you signed up for Paypal and lied about your information.

the address for your credit card should match the address in your paypal info

yes, you are right but i had to open account immediately for receiving my money so i didnt read it..

Well you lied about your address, what do you expect? Here's what you gotta do... try to REFUND the payment and have them send you e-gold or something.

adding a new CC to paypal is simple, provided you have access to your credit card company online statement. paypal will add a small transaction with a code number in the trasaction. you then have to enter that code to confirm the new card.

Finally, honesty is the best policy.
