AFAIK, the only WP solution that does what you want is Flamine but it's a bit too much for just a blog, unless your blog is a big one

it is already, we're doing installs every single day. The price is $300 final (less than the themes price alone) and we provide it installed and running. Additional licenses are just $50 or $600 for unlimited licenses and access to new themes for 1 year.
