Ask amerinoc to do one for you. We have ours on a hard drive with them and on a RAID. Or/and download the whole lot and keep it on a hard drive and to be safe back that up as well. Cost of hard drives is peanuts.
Ameronoc's backups are as good.as other hosts. They are sufficient to recover a page if you screw it up. Like any other host, they are worthless if Ametinoc gets raided because one of their clients is a bad guy, if there is a fire like the one that took out thousands of servers at The Planet, or anything else not specific to your one server.
Backups must be:
Automatic
Offsite
Tested
Rotated
Quickly restoreable
Those are the criteria I believe. We have people saying they wish they had Clonebox before because:
Their backups weren't automatic, and therefore hadn't been done recently.
Their backups weren't offsite and so melted in the same fire that destroyed the main copy.
Their backups weren't tested, and turned out to be broken.
Their backups weren't rotated, so the backup ran AFTER the hack, leaving them with two copies of crap.
Their backups were on tape and would take days to restore.

Clonebox meets these criteria, of course.
