Did anyone notice the recent change in CCBillings stipulations regarding accepting Mastercard payments? Or is it happy new year to me?
So correct me if I am wrong but visa is charging $750 for all high risk accounts and In order to accept Mastercard payments through a 3rd party, a fee of $1000 is mandatory with no exceptions?
"Mastrercard will always charge 1000 as registration under IPSP or under a separate account if someone does not require that pyament most likely then the subaccount is not coded as 5967 which is MCC code for adult business and rules and abused."
So basically there is no way of setting up a website and integrating a payment gateway without paying visa $750 and mastercard $1000??
or do I not know my ass from the hole in the ground?
