Hosting Question

I am currently running three sites on a Shared VPS @ Hostgator, I am paying $40 a month, with Plesk, I am going to have to upgrade to $65 dollars a month, this is:
1.98GHZ 1344MB Ram 59Gb Disk Space, and 1050MB BW, Is it worth going to a different host, The main reason for this site is to run dolphin 7.0, I will gladly switch if I find something comparable, Granted I love hostgator support, But I keep having install issues with dolphin, they want 35 dollars to install it. I am willing to switch. What options do I got Hosting wise.

You are going to continue to have issues with 'dolphin' no matter where you go.

Based on information provided, I would recommend you stay where you are since they are familiar with your issues, and seem to handle them in a timely fashion. It is not a hosting back end issue. Good luck kind sire.

Just out of curiosity can you recommend any other software like dolphin, for a social networking site?
