i signed up with those guys, faxed in contract - mailed them, called them, but nothing happens...

Does anyone know how to get things rolling with those guys?

They come highly recommended from everywhere, so Im sure its just a glitch, but i really want to get things moved to them

I was with epoch 3-4 years ago (even paid them the 2k resellerfee back then), I just mailed them to have my account reopened, so we will see if this will work out as fast as I would like it to

ACPay has had shit response rates lately. I go with them for payment processing and lately their "selling page" which clients fill out comes up with 404s (costing me money) and a support inquiry I started with them a week ago still hasn't been answered... Not a good sign.
