I'm still really new in the grand scheme of things, but I've definitely noticed a drop in quality posts over the past 3 months. Primarily by people who have been around for awhile, though. The B-team.

Indeed. While there is still some strong business to be had here, GFY's demographic / dynamic has seemingly shifted to a larger percentage of hobbyists, part timer's and surfers versus one of predominantly business oriented individuals that were once the majority here.

Having said that, I still do business here pretty regularly. You still need to sift through the mountains of non-business oriented threads to find anything business related amongst the clutter. Same ol', same ol' ;)

Just as I see former thieves such as yourself still hanging on, many of my affiliates from the 90's are still around.
Considering most of my current affiliates are whales, I don't see them going anywhere either.
