No. In fact I think election day should coincide with tax day and all income tax filers should be allowed to vote.

Go into the booth - type your name and SS number into the terminal - vote.
The voting booths crosscheck a government database of legal citizens.
One name - one social security number - one vote - problem solved.
No photo ID needed.
Do you need photo ID to be audited by the IRS?
Do you need photo ID to be arrested?
Do you need photo ID to join the military?
