is there a program that will split wmv files...

I'm trying to split my wmv files into smaller clips.
Is there a program that would do this automatically...
perhaps based on file size?

i tryed to find something like that one day..had absolutely no luck..i had to turn them into mpegs and chop em..if you find onw let me know..i looked everywhere
