Traffic exploded - Visitor numbers doubled

So my efforts are bearing fruits, my traffic has exploded from 50 unique visitors a week to 100 unique visitors a week.

Is now the time to upgrade to a dedicated server?

Also what options do I have now in terms of partnerships and networking due to increased online clout?

I am considering offers to sell if the price is right!
