Hahaha I just posted a debit card number for a card they refused to block and said I posted it on a public forum by mistake... then they asked for a link (was on chat support)

Trying to close my accounts with them and they are not being too helpful.

They didn't wanna close accounts with pending transactions and they don't wanna deny transactions even with a zero balance....

You tell BofA that you are closing your accounts because of their horrible customer service. They will just close it, no more questions asked.

They do not close accounts that have pending transactions on them as they have to pay any amounts authorized to the merchants. They will allow you to withdraw any "available balances" but they do not close the account till all transactions have been settled.

My problem was they did not want to block the card not in my name on my joint account.

I can see that happening at any bank in the US, I just meant that BOA does not ask you too much about your biz, plus you can open the account online.

With Citibank they sit you in a room and ask you a lot of questions, as soon as you mention internet marketing, she said porn websites. then said citibank is a a conservative bank and does not allow adult businesses. She said either way I would need to verify your websites, to see what type of business you have. She was probing me for information...
