Cookie Stuffing Warning

Hey guys, I noticed this topic wasn't brought up recently and just wanted to make you aware of a situation we just had to hopefully prevent it from happening to you. An affiliate from Indonesia signed up and started generating quite a bit of sales so naturally we looked further into it to see how they were sending us traffic. Turns out he wasn't sending any. He signed up for our forums on CamWithHer and posted a smiley gif in each post and in that smiley was an embedded php code that automatically planted an affiliate cookie in someone's browser upon viewing it (they didn't even have to click on it). A tell tale sign if someone is cookie stuffing is if their sales ratio is 1:1 or something very close to it.

In this instance the name of the affiliate is Abdullah Faisol. Be on the lookout for him if he signs up to any of your CCBill programs.

I used to sit next to a Cookie Stuffer in one of my day jobs, he would generally get banned within 3 weeks. His main target was eBay.

He had good skills but was more interested in finding a way to steal. He'd post in eBay forums with a cookie stuffing 1 pixel sig

Deactivate the acceptance of 3rd party cookies. Most do not consider that option.
Works great eliminating tracking cookies too.

let them sign up first, then can them. That way you've got their name, email and payout info.
