i host with amerinoc and i recommend them but on the odd occasion i have to send a ticket

Prob'ly they have some issues and they are working on that - I've never heard anything bad for them so far - and I'm planning to purchase a host with them soon.

Nothing to worry about, it's not from Amerinoc side at all, do a traceroute to the server and you will see there's a breakdown before it reaches Amerinoc therefore they are not involved in this issue.

Having the same problem RIGHT NOW during an important link exchange... makes me want to punch a hole through my fucking screen. I'm going to go smoke a fat one and hope things are better when I'm done.

thats cause the person answering tickets doesn't have access to the network equipment
and he just gives canned replies waiting for the pros to step in.
