Nifty Stats Problems.....

I recently updated my cc info at 2checkout.com and niftystats is telling me I need to renew my license...but when I click renew now it's showing up as being valid through today and I am unable to renew bc the account is active and I am unable to check stats because the program says my user has expired. WTF??? I needed to vent because sending emails to NS and 2CO.com on a saturday night didn't work out to well. Any other known issues like this or similar that others have had????

I just switched back to nifty from SR and all my questions/concerns were relied withina reasonable time frame. They are good n helpful guys, I am 100% sure this will be resolved easily. These things happen, now worries!

Oh, I'm certainly not downing or speaking bad of the program by any means. In fact, I've been very happy with this program and its simplicity and UI. I'm a good customer and will remain one because I like it that much but I was just wondering if anyone else had any magical ways to fix this. See, I like most impatient individuals just want to see my stats all at once right this moment. lol

Everything is finally back to normal. I just need to call 2co.com to make sure all is okay and will continue to be okay and everyone is happy. Thanks everyone...and niftystats is a great product. I have to admit, I do like stats remote to but there is something that puts a smile on my face when I turn on nifty stats and see those sales pop up in the corner of the screen....when they do.
