I have to admit. I'm not that much of a gamer, but when it comes to the COD I become a kid again lol. It releases tomorrow here in Atlanta, and I'm like a kid at Christmas waiting for this.

I stopped playing COD when a friend lent me Battlefield Bad Company 2, and now play Battlefield 3. Made me realize how every new COD game is the same shit over and over.

It will be the first time I grab a multi-player on the release date. My hope is that I won't suck as badly cuz everyone else is in the same boat as far as familiarization with maps goes. Not sure this is going to hold true, though. hehe

well im a die hard MW fan but I have to say... BF3 is pretty fun too! it has a lot of dunamics that MW dosnt have.

Sniping is a big issue in Battlefield... shit you cant really quick scope so its far more of a nuisance in modern warfare than Battlefield

the campaign had a lot of potential but i feel it wasmore of a flop only in the sense that you could roll that whole campaign in 4-5 hours. Short campaigns these days are 6 min. and that was a let down flying through it so fast. Like I said it had lots of potential.

I've always played COD but gave BF2 a go to see if it was different enough to consider a change this time round.

If you prefer something more tactical and games that last longer, you'll enjoy BF.

While playing BF, I didn't miss: over powered kill streaks and perks, drop shots, 20 ft knife lunges, spawn camping, quick scoping, noob tubing.

COD works well for what it is: A shooter that's casual and fun.

BF needs more skill and tactics.

So I am new to the entire game, but is there an option that makes the weapons more real?

Like on team death match I can hit a person with a M-60 3 or 4 times while they are running at me and knife me? Come on... Lose an arm with one hit.

Then if using a Sniper and you shoot across the entire Map, barely hit someone, but they can kill you with a sub machine gun from same distance?? LOL

compared to MW2, BF2 had a really mediocre campaign, forgettable characters, unrealistic AI(being spotted from 700 yards, while hiding behind a metal sheet, while hidden in a cloud of smoke isn,t my defenition of "realistic gameplay", it's called "cheap"

Next: about multi. you spend MINUTES running around and being sniped because you spawned in the middle of a warzone, or worst, you,re being raised by a medic who rape/rez your for the whole sake of grabbing extra xp off your dead body. Both games have different pacing. if you like to play in teams, then try BF3 but good luck finding a team with serious players that actually PLAY in teams.

MW is a fast paced loner game.

BF is a team game and dont "expect" to win unless you roll teamwork.
