Testing Foreign Mobile Redirects

I know firefox has a plugin that spoofs an iphone.. but is there a way to also spoof specific countries.. like if you want to test german mobile traffic etc

you can use Geo Edge which allows you to change both the Geo location and also the device type.

the only snag with this is that it only allows you to see what you would see as if connected via wifi i nthat geo as opposed to what you might see if you were on 3g etc.
