PHP Admin Page

Im using Dreamweaver MX to build php pages with dynamic content and Ive successfully built a form to insert info to the sql database and display it dynamically. Im having problems building a page where I can update and delete them though. Ive gone through the tutorial from Macromedia on it a bunch of times but cant seem to get it right. Any suggestions of solutions?
