I'm not sure if it was one of your galleries/sites, but I remember seeing some pictures of a bound woman being penetrated by one of the fucking machines. It was my understanding that penetration, while being bound, is illegal in the US of A.
What exactly ARE the laws on this topic? Was this particular gallery/site sporting some "illegal and obscene" content?

Well if I"m not mistaken there is no writen law saying a Women can't be Penetrated while bound/tied up.
What that really comes down to is obscenity. Now really what is obscene about a tied up women getting a Dildo put in to her...?
I use to think that is was against the law as well. Then when I started working here and they started shooting girls that are tied up and being Nailed by Fucking Machines....I was a little worried.
Examples of this would be on our Bondage Site http://hogtied.com Then I talked with our lawyer it came down to a obscenity thing not a law. So there feeling is Obscenity is based on the Comunity Standards ......We are in San Francisco so to be honest with you the Standards here are pretty hard to rock.
I would say that Max Hardcore's stuff is far more obscene then hogtied's That is just my 2 cents.
I'm sure there will be many with feed back on this.
No need for popcorn. I'm operating a TGP dedicated to machine sex (www.machine-fuck.com). I saw on fuckingmachines.com that on the warning page, you guys state:
"Sexually explicit material depicting bondage, S/M and other fetish activities is allowed by the local law governing my region. I do not live in the states of Tennessee, Utah, North Carolina, Kentucky or Florida."
I was just wondering if you guys, with your experience in this niche; would suggest that I put this on my warning page as well.

Well it won't hurt anything.
We also put this on our legal page with the 2257 stuff too.
Local Community Standards Information
The content of this site falls easily within the bounds of what is acceptable in the district of San Francisco. Moreover, in the past 5 years, there has been no prosecution of an internet site based on obscenity. We hence believe that the content of this site falls within what is acceptable based on the local community standard of 'online space'.
hehe, you notice people quit posting once there was no sign of drama?
cockroaches.
Good point...but you know someone is just dieing to come in here and SAY NO WAY that's WRONG YOU CAN"T do it...NO WAY....I had a friend who had a friend who got fined 4.4 mill for doing that in in 99.

I think I'd be careful about excluding certain states or regions from being allowed to view your site, since that does give the impression that you understand this material IS obscene somewhere.
You forgot to mention that part of the disclaimer at dinner you know ;)
