I moved away from northern ky.. police raided me there for doing porn, and made up tons of lies, i moved away a couple weeks later and fought in court for over a year...

the main charge was distribution of obscene content "because male and female genitals were touching" I know other producers in the surrounding area's too, Dayton, lexington, louisville etc. would rather not go into to much detail on here.

The detective apoligized after it was all over, told me I shouldn't stop doing porn, should just leave the closed minded small town and go back to the city.

I keep my attorney's card in my wallet and whenever I get pulled over or they ask me any strange questions I immediately tell them to get the card from my wallet and they get pissed off and let me go right away, their is no bigger liar than a police officer, they will tell you anything to get you to not call your attorney.

Don't mean to derail the thread, but I hear this "my attorney" thrown around a lot. Always baffled me, I mean do you seriously keep an attorney on retainer? How much shit do you get in? Or do you mean you just happen to have a lawyers business card that you happened to use once or twice?

I do have my attorney on retainer from a previous problem, I learned the hard way never EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER talk to the police, the will lie, not get your lawyer, destroy evidence, no reading of rights...........it's shit.......

OK here prime example, my younger brother was a large pot dealer in this area, lots of card and lots of money all taht stuff...............well they finally caught up to him and he's been in federal lockup for over one full year and he has not even had a trial yet.

He had like 4 cars, I was driving his2009 shelby cobra on the highway..........this dick face pulls me overf and gives me the usual BA and crap OK OK. and then this unmarked car fron CINCINATTI, not montgomery, where I was pulled over. He totally flew right in beause the first cop ran my bros plates and knew who he was.............well then they then decided to try and pull that shit on me. I looked in right in the eye and told that fuck to call my attorney right now.....or arrest me for somthing.........those were my last words, I handed him his card. (on retainer) but a small one. He got so furious the other cop had to calm him down and make him leave, and after all that................I go free with nothing.
