    US/Canada database?

    anyone know of an up2date US and Canada database. that has city, state/prov, zip/post and lon/lat database (sql, excel, txt)...

    nothing thats canadian, but usa i think i have something

          is it recent? i have an old US/CAN db about 2yrs old and a few cities that I know of are coming up wrong as well as some new zips that I don't know of have been added.

          @MediaGuy wouldn't that make it difficult to receive mail?

          I remember seeing a US gov site that had all city, state, zips, lat/lon and updated almost 2-3monthly with new postal code additions. they gave a raw text download of it for free. I never bookmarked it at the time.

            I think the Canadian Constitution was written before the internet existed - and I don't think its been updated much since then. I might have missed something, but there are privacy laws that about as effective as a Doug Flutie "Hail Mary!" pass if someone gets pissed off and snitches on you.
